Just a few notes on international shipping

• All shipping is handled through USPS. This is the least expensive option available. UPS and FedEx pricing is 2X to 3X the amount therefore we have stuck with USPS.

• To help keep shipping costs as low as possible, we utilize a simple shipping rate from our shipper. This means packages are gathered at location that are going to the same country and are bulk shipped. This can, unfortunately, slow down overseas shipping. We do not have control on the speed. In some cases, notably New Zealand and Australia, we are seeing some delays of 4-6 weeks period dependent on the shipping location.

• For some countries (not all), shipping tracking may end once the package leaves the United States. We cannot provide details on shipments from that point on.

• We have found that certain countries may also hold items in customs, at times, 1-4 weeks. Unfortunately we do not have control over this so please note that shipments may get held up.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: This has been very rare, but some countries have added import fees that must be paid for packages to be released by customs. Unfortunately we currently do not have a method to know what countries have these fees and these fees will need to be paid by the customer in order to receive products.
